ELP Franklin Foods Inc. has established a Food Safety and Quality Management System that has been designed to meet the requirements of the USDA and GFSI standards and codes, government regulations applicable to the products we manufacture, and the requirements and needs of our customers.
We also are flexible and our Development team can work on any products in order to meet the specific needs of our customers.
The Food Safety and Quality Management System is based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Our products are processed and manufactured in a natural process, without using additives in the process, in addition to working in small batches that ensure that the traditional homemade flavor is preserved.
